Please note that all digital products (such as LUTs, Powergrades, Presets, Templates, RAW Footage, Download Packs, and any other digital files) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Since digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in their original form, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been sent or made available.
If you experience any technical issues with your download or have trouble accessing your files, please contact us at support@motionone.ch — we are happy to help resolve any problems.

Exchanges
Digital products cannot be exchanged, as all downloads are final.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Under EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel purchases.
However, this right does not apply to digital products once:

the download has begun, and

the customer has given explicit consent to waive the right of withdrawal.
By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you acknowledge and agree that your 14-day cooling-off period expires once the digital download or streaming access begins.
Refunds
Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are not offered once the download link has been delivered.
If a file is corrupted, inaccessible, or technically unusable, please contact us at support@motionone.ch, and we will assist you to ensure you receive a working copy of your purchase.
